We strongly believe in little to no time, we will gather, shake hands, give hugs, and all sit as one on the settlement table purchasing or selling your home. Don't fleet, in the meantime, we have instituted the following safety practices to better protect the health of our homebuyers and Sellers:

Washing hands frequently once entering property and exiting property of showing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water aren't available, we are carrying a 48 ounce bottle of alcohol-based hand sanitizer for you
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands while in the property
Practice social distancing by staying and maintaining distance (approximately 6 feet) with us (your realtors) and the individuals who may be present in the property at the same time
Anyone who may be experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath or any other cold or flu-like symptom, are HIGHLY recommended to stay home and not attend the showing- we are conducting virtual tours of properties you are interested as well. Just let us know property address.
Don't touch anything in property- virus can live on surfaces for 17 days!
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, or cough or sneeze into your sleeve
